Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Otonomi Daerah (Studi pada Pemerintah Kota Malang)

Abstrak

In order to avoid the matter of spending for regional autonomy implementation, Local Government of Malang City needs to conduct serious effort in order to improve its financial capability from the source of PAD (Local Native Income). This research examined (1) what is the condition and growth of local financial sources, (2) what factors lead to less optimality of PAD revenue, and (3) what are the efforts to be conducted in managing the sources of PAD potentials for improving local financial capability.
