Corporate Restructuring: sebagai Upaya untuk Menciptakan Sinergi (suatu tinjauan dari aspek hukum bisnis)

Abstract

Restructuring is basically an organi2ational effort to rearrange its structure in order to be more anticipative towards the rapid development if growing business world. Any changes require flexibility innovation and responsiveness rapidly and thus it is required a small sizing of organizational structure. What are, then, the aspects of business rules for corporate restructuring in Indonesia will be the concern of this study.
