ANALISA FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI SEPATU KULIT SAPI(Studi di Kelurahan Selosari, Kabupaten Magetan)

Abstract

One of the many industries in Sawo Village, Kelurahan Selosari Magetan is the making
of various cow leather goods, which can help the community also reduce unemployment
in the village. In addition, natural resources and human resources are sufficient for this
leather industry.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of labor and output for
raw materials on the number of leather shoes production in Selosari Magetan Village in
November 2016 - March 2017.The research method describes the location of research on
the leather industry center in Jalan Sawo produces quality leather shoes in Magetan. The
type  of  research  is  explanatory  research,  research  that  is  explaining  the  status  of  the
variables studied and the relationship between one variable with another. The population
of this study are all leather footwear craftsmen in Jalan Sawo Magetan  which amounted
to 1 respondent.The results showed raw materials and labor significantly to the production
of  leather  shoes.  Raw  materials  are  the  greatest  form  of  leather  shoe
production.Limitations of the study: the lack of validity of primary data provided by the
respondents  in  Jalan  Sawo  Magetan  so  as  not  less  in  the  calculation  of  research
results.Implementation  of  research:  raw  materials  is  a  variable  that  can  be  used  as
consideration for leather entrepreneurs in Jalan Sawo Magetan to improve the production.
