Abstract

This study aims: (1) To analyze the effect of simultaneous work discipline, organizational
climate and interpersonal communication on teacher performance. (2) To analyze the effect
of the partial work discipline, organizational climate and interpersonal communication on
teacher performance, 3) To analyze the variables are the dominant influence on the
performance of teachers. This research was conducted in SMK TP 45 Negara, Jembrana
Regency with sample numbered 38 people. Primary data was collected through questionnaires
given directly to the respondent, and then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression
analysis. Results of this study found evidence that: (1) The discipline of work, interpersonal
communication, and organizational climate simultaneously affect the performance of teachers,
(2) Discipline working, interpersonal communication, and organizational climate partially affect
the performance of teachers, (3) Discipline labor dominant influence on teacher performance
