Analisis Efektivitas Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Retribusi Terminal di Pemerintah Kota Malang

Abstract

Law No. 22 and 25 of 1999 provides two strategic implications: firstly region gets even larger opportunity to make strategic decisions in its territory, and secondly, it is faced to sufficiently heavy internal constraints, mainly in accordance with local huma4resource and some psychological problems. This research was aimed at (1) examining weather the variable of apparatus competence, public facilities and equipment supervision, and coordination giving effect on the implementation effectiveness of the policy of terminal retribution management at Terminal Service of Malang Government, and (2) knowing which variable possessing the dominant effect.
