Kajian tentang Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Efektivitas Pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Studi pada Pemerintah Kota Malang)

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) to measure the effect of such variables as; (a) incentive rewarding; (b) apparatus competences; (c) working infrastructure and facilities; (d) supervisory execution; (e) coordination conduction; and (2) to examine among these variables, which one giving the largest effect on the effectiveness of management of the regional income of Malang Government. The results of this study indicated that:  (1) any variables of: X1= incentive rewarding, X2= apparatus competences, X3 = facilities, X4 = supervisory, X5: coordination and X6 = working system and procedures, had concomitantly affected significantly on the variable of the effectiveness of management of the regional income of Malang Government and (2) the variable of X1 = incentive was the most giving effect on the effectiveness of management of the regional income of Malang Government.
