Abstract
Abstract: This research is motivated by the business of trading typical food in the village of Bendorejo, especially in the Trenggalek specialty food center in Kranding Hamlet, where on average the Trenggalek specialty food traders in Bendorejo Village experience a shortage of venture capital needed for good management of venture capital for development their trading business. So it is expected to provide opportunities for a large amount of profit or income compared to the state of the relatively small amount of capital. The research method in this thesis uses a type of field research (field reaserch) with a quantitative approach. Descriptive and correlational patterns. The population of 21 typical Trenggalek food traders is all respondents. Data collection methods used were interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using simple regression with the product moment formula. After the data is analyzed, the result is that venture capital (X) has a positive effect on the income of traders (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.589, meaning 58.9% of the variation in income of traders is influenced by the variable of venture capital. Hypothesis test results obtained Sig. of 0,000 <significance level (α = 0.05). Because the value of Sig. <α then it is concluded to reject H0, which means the regression coefficient α is significant. Means that venture capital influences the income of Trenggalek specialty food traders in Bendorejo Village, Pogalan District, Trenggalek Regency.
