ANALISIS FAKTOR UNTUK MENGIDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN AKADEMI X

Abstrak

Labour is human resource which is possessed by X academy. In certain condition there are found some case about labour unsatisfying. To avoid and reduce that case, we must know which factors that affect the labour satisfactory. Research result shows that labour satisfactory is affected by; wage, care, work suitable, work environment, hygienic, etc. From analysis result we found 3 factors with cumulative variant 72,1% and that factors are wage, work condition and self-respect.
