This study discusses the implementation of leadership patterns on employee morale at the Jabung Sisir Village Office. Leadership has an important role in achieving organizational goals cooperatively while supporting the development of individual employees. The focus of this research is how the leadership pattern is applied and the extent of its implementation in increasing employee morale. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the leadership pattern at the Jabung Sisir Village Office is carried out through a strategy management process, which includes environmental analysis, determination of vision and mission, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The village head manages the diversity of employee characters to achieve the goals that have been set. The level of leadership implementation contributes to improving employee morale through several aspects, namely competency development, improving work discipline, work motivation, and career and welfare development. In conclusion, the leadership pattern applied at the Jabung Sisir Village Office has a significant effect on improving employee morale. Therefore, effective leadership strategies need to be continuously implemented and developed to improve employee performance in the organization.
